Pricing Policy

When you use all the features on our site, various third-party API interfaces are involved behind the scenes. To ensure a good user experience, we provide a simple and clear charging mechanism. You can choose to recharge your account balance based on your usage frequency or purchase a membership. We do not require you to buy a membership; both members and non-members have access to the same model capabilities. If you don’t use the service frequently, we recommend that you recharge your balance directly instead of purchasing a membership. The billing and recharge currency on our site is in Chinese Yuan (RMB).

Account Balance

• Unified Billing: We offer a variety of intelligent AI services, and the fees incurred when using these features will be automatically deducted from your account balance.

• Price Estimate: For functions like AI article writing, AI PPT creation, AI translation, and speech-to-text, we will provide an estimated cost before you start a task. The estimated cost is usually higher than the actual cost, and the difference will be adjusted in your account balance.

• Carry Over: All users’ account balances will carry over and remain valid indefinitely.

• New User Registration: When new users register, they will receive a gift of 2 RMB credited to their account immediately.

Membership

If you need to frequently use the ChatGPT and document conversation features on our site, we recommend purchasing a membership. We offer two types of memberships: GPT4o-Mini and GPT4. Within the conversation quota, you can use them an unlimited number of times.

• Membership Types: We provide both GPT4o-Mini and GPT4 memberships, and you can purchase both types simultaneously. The conversation quotas for both memberships can be combined. You can also choose to buy memberships for multiple months, and the conversation quotas will accumulate accordingly.

• Carry Over: After purchasing a membership, if you do not use up your conversation quota within the month, the unused quota will automatically carry over to the next month and remain valid indefinitely. If you run out of quota, you can choose to purchase more membership quota or recharge your account balance directly.

• Membership Benefits: After you purchase a membership, all other chargeable items will be offered at a 10% discount. Additionally, you will receive an immediate credit of at least 3-5 RMB to your account, making it easier for you to use other premium features.

Billing

ChatGPT	Charges are based on the number of tokens in your questions and ChatGPT’s responses.	This feature comes with a default memory function, where the model needs to reference past conversations each time it responds, leading to an increase in token usage and costs until it reaches the model’s memory limit. Based on our experience, for GPT-4o-mini, you would typically pay around ￥0.02 per conversation at most.
ChatFile	Charges are based on the number of tokens in your questions and ChatGPT’s responses.	This feature does not have memory functionality, so token usage and costs will be slightly lower.
Voice to text	Billing is based on the duration of the uploaded audio file and the number of tokens consumed by the AI model during processing.	You can choose whether to undergo secondary processing, which helps eliminate filler words and enhance readability.
File Conversion	Charges are based on the number of conversions.	Non-member users can convert for free 3 times a month, while member users can convert for free 10 times a month.
AI Translation	Charges are based on whether OCR recognition is needed, format processing is required, and the number of words and pages to be translated.	DeepL document translation model charges developers a minimum of 50,000 characters per document. Similarly, if you use DeepL for document translation, we will charge a minimum of 50,000 words per document. Using DeepL for document translation ensures optimal formatting consistency with the original document, making it ideal for handling complex format documents.
AI Ariticle	Charges are based on the actual number of tokens used by the AI model.

AI Search	Charges are based on the actual number of tokens used by the AI model.	All users get 10 free Google searches and 10 free Google Scholar searches per day, while members can use these features for free.

Exchange Rate

To facilitate user account management and balance top-ups, we will fully implement RMB billing starting January 5, 2024. The billing standards mentioned above will remain in US dollars, but both top-ups and deductions will be in RMB. For example, if a user tops up their balance in RMB and then uses 1,000 tokens of GPT-4o-mini (1,000 tokens for input and 1,000 tokens for output), the deduction will be (0.0012 + 0.0003) * 7.2 = 0.0108 RMB.

Currently, the exchange rate used on our site is USD: CNY = 7.2:1, and adjustments will be made periodically based on actual exchange rate fluctuations.

Paying Methods

You can top up your account balance or purchase a membership through the personal center page. We offer various payment options, including credit/debit cards, Alipay, Google Pay, and more. Please ensure that your account balance is sufficient for uninterrupted service. We will also soon launch a subscription membership system.

Refund

We appreciate your trust and support. However, due to the nature of virtual services, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds. Unlike physical goods, our virtual services have unique factors that make traditional returns impossible. Please refer to our terms of use for a comprehensive understanding. We greatly appreciate your understanding and support.

However, if your account experiences security issues such as unauthorized access, we will provide a full refund as long as you can provide the necessary proof.

Our pricing is approximately 0.5 to 1 times higher than the standard rates of third-party services like OpenAI API, Convert API, and DeepL API. This moderate price increase allows us to cover essential operational costs, such as supporting our development team, maintaining our servers, and paying for API calls across various interfaces. Additionally, we offer a free AI model, allowing you to choose the ChatGLM-4 model (9B parameter open-source version) among our features. We have locally deployed this AI model on our cloud servers, so you can use it for free even if your account balance is negative.
