Our site offers an innovative, all-purpose translation service that combines technologies from DeepL, ChatGPT, ChatGLM, Google Translation, and OCR recognition. This service can translate not only text but also images, scanned PDFs, and Office documents. The translated documents will maintain the same layout and format as the original files.

Use AI Translation (Documents)

• Upload File: Select and upload the file or image you need to translate. Our site currently does not support XLS file translation; please save it as an XLSX file before uploading and translating. If it's a PDF file, please specify whether it is a scanned PDF.

• Choose Language: Select the source language and the target language, then click the "Upload and Charge" button.

• Choose Model: Select the model you want to use. If you choose the ChatGPT or ChatGLM models, you can give commands to the AI model, such as specific word translations, translation tone, translation requirements, etc. If you choose the DeepL model, you can select the translation tone as default, formal, or informal. The difference between "DeepL Document Translation" and "DeepL" is that "DeepL Document Translation" uses the official document translation feature, while "DeepL" translates and fills in the original document based on the site's document parsing. For higher document format requirements, please choose "DeepL Document Translation."

• Start Translation: After starting the translation, please wait for a while. You can then download the translated document on the current page or from the "History Files" section. If you used OCR translation, the site will return the OCR recognition result and the translated file.

Using All-Purpose Translation (Text)

• Enter Text to Translate: Enter the text you need to translate in the left window.

• Choose Language: Select the source language and the target language.

• Choose Model: Select your target language; the model will automatically detect the source language you input.

• Start Translation: Click the "Translate" button, and the translated target language will appear in the right window.

Billing

Translation fees depend on the type of file format and the word count.

Please note that DeepL charges developers a minimum of 50,000 characters per document, and WorkingGPT has the same policy, charging a minimum of 50,000 characters per document. We will only charge you if you confirm the download of the document. Before the document translation begins, you will see the estimated cost of the translation, and if the estimated cost is greater than the actual cost, the difference will be added to your account balance. Security & Privacy

• We take your privacy very seriously. Your original files, translated files, and the text you input, as well as the translated text, are all encrypted on our servers using SHA-256.

• Your original and translated files, along with the text you input, will be deleted from the server within 30 days, so please make sure to save your translated files in time.

For the best results, please ensure that the documents you upload have a simple layout. Please note that OCR recognition cannot guarantee 100% accuracy, so carefully verify the results of OCR for numerical data.
