ChatFile

WorkOnGPT's ChatFile feature allows users to upload multiple documents of various types and utilize AI to interact with them. Whether you are asking questions about a document, seeking answers, or requesting interpretations, ChatFile is your best AI assistant.

Use ChatFile

1. Upload single/multiple documents：

   • Click the "Select File" button, select a document from your device and click "Upload File".

   • Supported formats: doc, docx, ppt, pptx, pdf. Scanned PDF is not supported yet.

   • You can upload multiple files up to 10.

2. Talk with your files：

   • After uploading the file, the file name will be displayed in the page, and you can choose the model you would like to use.

   • Enter any questions or commands related to your document in the question bar. For example:

     • "What is the main topic of this document?"

     • "Evaluate the level of profitability of this project..."

     • Summarize this file."

   • Please wait for a response from the model. The response will be streamed.

3. Export history:

   • If you want to keep a record of your conversation, you can export the conversation to a Word file by clicking the blue "Export" button.

   • The exported file will contain your chat history and information about our website.

Model Capability

We will keep updating the types and capabilities of the models from OpenAI to ensure that your experience is consistent with the capabilities of the official models. The capabilities of ChatFile's various AI models are listed below:

In addition, we provide the ChatGLM4-9B model, ChatGLM4-9B is an open-source, 26-language-supporting AI model based on the General Language Model (GLM) architecture with 6.2 billion parameters. This model is jointly developed by Zhipu AI and a team from Tsinghua University. This site has been granted a commercial license for ChatGLM4-9B, and the ChatGLM4-9B model is deployed through localization for free use by users of this site.

Please note that we have not given the AI model the memory ability, in order to save you token fees.

Billing

Each conversation is billed based on the number of tokens used. When you use the ChatFile feature, the corresponding usage fee will be deducted from your account balance. In addition, if you have purchased a membership to this site, your conversation credits will be deducted first, and your account balance will be deducted later. Please see the Site Policies section of this article for the billing rates for each model (click to view pricing policy).

Safety & Privacy

• The security and privacy of your data is a priority for us.

• All documents you upload are stored on our servers and encrypted with SHA-256.

• Our platform is specially designed so that even back-end administrators cannot view your personal interactions or uploaded documents.

Please note that all kinds of files you uploaded to our website will be retained for 30 days, after 30 days, the system will automatically delete your uploaded files and conversations, please keep your file conversation records in time.
